Shipping Information
We currently offer fast and reliable shipping across the U.S. and internationally to select countries. Here’s how our shipping works:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S.)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S.)
- International Shipping: Delivery times will vary based on location, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. International customers may be responsible for additional customs or duties fees.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Tomboy Luxe pieces as much as we do, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered! Please read through our return policy below.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is defective or we cannot fulfill your order due to it being out of stock.
- Store Credit for Returns: If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases.
How to Return an Item
- Submit a Return Request: If you’d like to make a return, please email us at support@tomboyluxe.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Return for Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email with your store credit, which can be used immediately on our website.
- Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Defective Items or Incorrect Orders
If you received a defective item or the wrong order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@tomboyluxe.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
International Orders & Returns
We offer international shipping to select countries, but please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. At this time, we do not offer returns for international orders, so please double-check your sizing before placing an order.
